Network Operations Centre

Once service has been accepted by a customer and is ‘in life’, fault and network management is provided by our Network Operations Centre. Virtual1’s NOC provides 24/7/365 engineering and fault support for our entire customer base.

In recognition that fault management is all too often a key factor in client retention, Virtual1 has placed a lot of emphasis on this element of our service offering.

All Virtual1 clients automatically receive access to this support within tariff, but Virtual1 Proactive Monitoring is available for a small premium. With this service we will proactively poll any devices on your network from our NOC and alert you of any issues that arise, often before your client is even aware of the problem.

Access to our Proactive Support service is available via an online ticketing and reporting suite. This will contain details of any device managed by our NOC, and can even include existing network infrastructure not supplied by Virtual1.
